Currently we are looking for a Commercial Excellence – Business Process Manager Benelux. You will create globally harmonized business processes as the basis for existing and new (to be developed with IT) tools and ensure change management in the organization and this in order to move and adopt our people to a standard, new and more effective ways of working.

You will manage and support the design, build and lead deployment of new capabilities (process, tool, people, data) for the Opportunity to Order domain covering opportunity management (CRM), configure-price-quote (CPQ), contract management, order management and sales enablement tools that supports our current business as well as the transition from a product to a (digital) solutions provider including SaaS.

Your success is the positive impact from enabling our organization to effectively convert leads and opportunities into quotations and contracts and transact orders and agreements, both for direct sales channels and distributor networks. Leveraging your own experience and based on internal and external best practices and insights you help to enable our organization to effectively sell, transact and deliver new solutions that are a key element of the ASSA ABLOYgrowth strategy. Typical criteria for success are on time delivery, user adoption and on target performance. With this you will build and operate a strong network of business stakeholders, subject matter experts and peers.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive real change through standardization, implementation, adoption and continuous improvement of processes,solutions and best practices in our markets and businesses;
  • Drive and manage capability performance in line with defined KPI's and business objectives;
  • Drive digital enablement and sales operations process, data and tool related integration projects with a main focus on CRM/CPQ and supporting commercial tools;
  • Work with EMEIA integration team to ensure all related digital commercial integration activities are identified, aligned with standard work processes and delivered according to integration schedule and governance process;
  • Evaluate digital integration processes and recommend simplification, standardization and improvement approaches that will increase operational efficiency within sales operations and digital enablement integration projects;
  • Develop metrics/KPIs;
  • Act as a change leader, proactively collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements;
  • Elaborate and coordinate the Commercial tools training plans to manage expectations from the commercial organization;
  • Collaborate with the leadership team and subject matter experts to establish the integration vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs;
  • You support leadership with segment, channel and performance analyses and identify areas for further improvement.
  • Based on this you manage the continuous improvement agenda.
  • You are capable to translate this into concrete actions / toolkits to support and boost the commercial performance within the region;
  • You drive the development of the digital sales channel (E-Commerce) whilst improving commercial performance.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of international experience in the Opportunity to Order domain covering opportunity management (CRM), configure-price-quote (CPQ),contract management, order management and sales enablement tools;
  • Experience with professional concepts like, Lean, Problem Solving, Daily Management;
  • Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously, strong matrix & teamworking skills in a cross-functional and multi-cultural environment;
  • Hands-on experience with current IT platforms like CRM (eg MS Dynamics), Configure Price Quote, Contract Lifecycle Management, Sales Enablement Tools and digital sales channels;
  • Pragmatic business acumen, understanding the value of standard work and practical solutions;
  • Strong communicator and stakeholder management at different levels;
  • Structured, organized and stress resilient and quick understanding skills with project management experience;
  • Self-starter who takes initiative, values impact over effort and is motivated to drive performance;
  • Continuous innovation,process improvement,and adaptability skills.
